9. Call Data Processing

We use in-house technologies and on-premise services to process data during ASR/VAD and speech-to-text, ensuring that data is not transferred to third parties. For cloud LLM services, we partner with third parties, while also offering our own on-premise LLMs that involve data collection and storage without transferring it externally. We may forward data to other cloud services specifically for text-to-speech functionalities.
